What is The BraapBox?

The BraapBox was started by some die-hard moto fans that wanted to give other moto riders the opportunity to receive some of the best and newest gear to their doorstep monthly. There are so many different brands, tools, and all around options that are thrown at you when dealing with anything moto. We wanted to help make the guesswork a little easier by picking out some awesome gear for you and have it delivered to you monthly making your life just a little smoother. 

How does The BraapBox work? 

The BraapBox is an offroad centered subscription box service that sends each one of its subscribers the best moto gear, accessories, and parts on a monthly basis. You can choose whether you want a men’s, women’s or kid’s box. When you set up your account you will automatically be billed based on which option you choose - monthly or every 3 months.


You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, selecting the subscription that you have and canceling it. If you are having problems canceling, you can always reach out to support@thebraapbox.com for help. 


When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?

You will pay for your first box upon placing your order. This is so we can make sure that all of the awesome gear you are waiting on is handled and specific to you. Starting with your second box, monthly subscriptions will be billed on the 10th of each month. For our 3 month subscribers, your billing will be on the 10th of the 3rd month of your subscription. Shipping and handling is a flat rate cost that will remain the same for each box. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.


How often will I receive my shipments? 

If you choose the monthly subscription you will be billed monthly and receive your boxes monthly. If you choose the 3 month pre-pay option you will be billed every 3 months, but receive your boxes monthly. Once your box has been billed on the 10th of the month, we will be putting them together and shipping them out. They will be shipped out by the 15th of each month (+/- a day or 2). 


Shipping Policy 

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 a box. All shipments leave our warehouse and are shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states. We can not currently ship internationally. We hope to one day be able to ship internationally. 


Cancellation Policy

The billing for this subscription service is the 10th of every month. We will be shipping all boxes out shortly after renewal (Typically before the 15th but could a couple days after). If there should be any reason that you would like to cancel our services there are two ways to do so. You can email us at support@thebraapbox.com or you can do it manually in your account. If you decide to cancel once your box has left our facility, you will still receive that month's box; however, you won’t receive a refund unless you do the following steps. 


Return/Damages Policy

Due to the nature of each box, we are not able to accept returns. If you are unhappy with the box that you have received and you are a subscriber you can cancel your subscription at any time. The last box that you will receive will depend on the time of your cancellation. If you cancel your subscription before the billing date, you will not receive that month’s box. If you cancel after the billing date, you will still receive that month’s box and none after that point.
